Description of the Service
NearbYYou is a dating and matching service. Users can verify themselves by email, create a profile, upload a profile photo, set gender and search preference, provide location data for matching, receive matches and chat with unlocked matches.
The app processes account data, profile information, location data and communication data in particular in order to provide matching and chat features.
Categories of Data Processed
In particular, we process email address, verification and change codes in hashed form, access and session data, platform and device information, profile photo, gender, search preference, language setting, location data, match information, chat messages and technical client and server logs.
Registration, Login and Account Access
We process your email address to send you a verification code and to enable access to your account.

Profile Information
You can store a profile with photo, gender, search preference and language setting in the app. This data is used to provide the core function of the app and to display your profile to potential matches.
Location Data and Matching
The app processes location data, including accuracy and time reference, in order to provide matching functions and to check the technical quality of the location data.

Match, Photo and Chat Functions
